CONVENIENCE RANGE 

Last week we applied for and received an essential services certificate which allows us to continue with our deliveries. 

 

We took the weekend to think about our approach. We believe that it is far safer to have your food prepared by professional chefs and delivered to your doors, than it is is to queue at a supermarket. We as chefs have spent years working in hotels abroad that carry the highest of HACCP regulations of which we will adhere to when preparing your food.

 

We also need to look out for our staff and our business; and ensure that we can get ahead of the economic, financial and industry impacts that are here and not slowing down. 

 

Based on this we have decided to start up again with only 2 chefs in operation; myself and Stuart (the bread guy) with Craig and Katie working logistics from home. I will be delivering. All other staff who rely on public transport will remain at home.

 

The menu will change weekly. Deliveries will be Tuesdays and Thursdays. Order must be placed by 14:30 the previous day.
